For your wedding, you really want to have fantastic music. Guests love to relax, unwind and dance up a storm after your wedding dinner. I highly recommend asking for referrals, checking out live bands elsewhere, and also asking the venue themselves. The venues see multiple bands and DJ's each weekend and definitely know who is very good at their job. It makes my job so much more easy when the dance floor is packed that way I can get a huge variety of guests on the dance floor in stead of the same people. You want your imagery to showcase how much fun your wedding was and an empty dance floor doesn't help portray that story. What I love about the PEI Brewing company pictured here is that they have a well laid out room to accommodate many people on the dance floor. They also have these funky street lights that are just so cool for the dance floor. Having a bar both inside the reception area and outside in the cocktail area is also key. It makes your guest experience even more positive, especially for the guests who may want a more relaxed atmosphere like the cocktail area to catch up with family they may have not seen in a long time.
