If you want a RELAXED nuptials, then look no further than the Mill St. Pub. Have your ceremony and reception all on location. Visit the Brewmaster’s Private Event Room on the second floor to see where your wedding will take place. This venue features a firsthand glimpse of the ruins below and a panoramic view of the Ottawa River. While it is a smaller venue, it truly creates an intimate setting for your wedding. The unique features I love about this venue, are the fact that your guests can take a brewery tour in between the ceremony and the reception. They also can find out how the beer is made and the different ways of creating that yummy nectar. Your guests will enjoy a unique cocktail hour with a sampling of their featured and most popular beer as well as yummy food. Your photographer will not have to look far for areas to photograph your family, wedding party and yourselves either. There are so many areas but some of my favorite are along the pathway towards to War Museum and along the water down near the bottom of the Mill Ruins. Make sure you bring your favorite DJ to dance the night way with you guests. One last feature that I love about this venue is instead of cutting a cake, you and your spouse can tap a keg. It is truly unique and your guests can enjoy the beer that you chose.  The maximum number fo guests here is 120 but personally, I wouldn't go above 100. It is hard for guests to manoeuvre around when it is at capacity. If you are planning a small, intimate and unique wedding and are big fans of beer, please give this venue a call.
